    Barrett B-75B "True-Arc" Brake Shoe Grinder for Repair - Needs Disk Motor Work - Bag Blower Runs and fills the bag with air, but squeals to a stop when the power is off, like it has dry bearings.  Unit tripped the circuit breaker at first so replaced the old cracked two-wire power cord with a new 3-wire cord and it stopped doing that but the disk motor still will not run.  Disk motor spins easily by hand.
