  • Condition: Old item, stored in Farm Shed, box is functioning but has dust/stains and soiling and bent flap. The filter is probably not effective- unknown. The age would seem to make it uncertain,. The rubber gasket is not viable, (or pliable!) I wouldn't use it. Recommended for for display only. Not actually used, has been stored for decades. The box says "Genuine CASE product" but the filter is a Purolator P-90. Did Purolator make the parts for CASE??? I don't know. Unused Purolator filter, but not a #33518 Case marked part.     PLEASE BE AWARE. Approx. 5.5" tall, this is an unused Purolator P-90 filter in a CASE box. I know NOTHING about tractors/engines/oil filters/CASE & Purolator. Since it is in the CASE Box, I'm not sure if I should assume this is a Case product, or if Purolator made the Case Parts? or if someone put a Purolator Oil Filter in a Case box. Did Purolator make Case Oil Filters? I don't know. The Oil Filter Cartridge is probably only good for display. Never used, but stored outside in a shed on a farm for decades. The rubber gasket is not flexible anymore, and would not be suitable for use. I don't know anything about oil filters, but I think the filter may not be advisable to use. I'm not sure what vehicles this was intended for, other than what the box says. (If this is the correct item in the box) Please see below-this is info from the box:
